    How to access SecRep BV


  • The “Securitisation Regulation” is Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017 laying down a general framework for securitisation and creating a specific framework for simple, transparent and standardised securitisation, and amending Directives 2009/65/EC, 2009/138/EC and 2011/61/EU and Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009 and (EU) No 648/2012
  • The “Securitisation Repository” (“SR”) is the Securitisation Repository system as defined by the Securitisation Regulation and provided by SecRep BV
  • The “Securitisation Transaction” is the instance of securitisation issuance required to report under the Securitisation Regulation
  • The “Data” is the information described in Article 7 of the Securitisation Regulation relating to Securitisation Transactions and held within the Securitisation Repository system
  • The “Data Owner” is the Reporting Entity responsible for disclosure of the Data (e.g. the asset originator, sponsor, SSPE, SPV trustee/directors or issuer)
  • The “Data Provider” is, from the Data Receiving Entity's viewpoint, an entity required to make information available in accordance with Article 7(1) of the Securitisation Regulation (or such entity’s delegate), as applicable. From the Reporting Entity viewpoint, the Reporting Entity or a Delegated Reporting Entity
  • The “Data Receiving Entity” is an entity which (i) is entitled to receive the relevant Reported Data pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Securitisation Regulation and (ii) has entered into an agreement with SecRep BV governing the provision of Reported Data to that entity
  • A “User Authoriser” is an individual appointed by any entity which enters an agreement with SecRep BV, who has been authorised by the entity to authorise System Users’ access to, and operation of, the System on behalf of the entity they represent, as well as to act as a contact person between the entity and SecRep BV
  • A “System User” is any individual who has registered himself or herself as an authorised user of the system for a Data Receiver, Data Provider (Reporting Entity or Delegated Reporting Entity) via the Website and who has been authorised by the relevant User Authoriser
  • A “Billing Contact” is the individual at the Data Owner to whom invoices should be sent

N.B. the Data Owner and the Data Provider can be the same entity or the Data Owner may nominate a Data Provider (e.g. servicer or data handling agent) as delegate

All contact details including e-mail addresses and telephone numbers must be the standard corporate contact details for that person – i.e. no personal non-corporate contact details will be deemed valid.

Uploading Data and Documentation for each Securitisation to SecRep BV

To upload the Data for each of your securitisations we need:

  • A contract for each Securitisation Transaction signed by an authorised representative of the Data Owner
  • If the Data Owner wishes to appoint a Data Provider we will also need a contract signed by an authorised representative of the Data Provider

In order to complete the contracts, SecRep BV will need the following information:

  • The legal name of the Securitisation Transaction or SPV
  • The LEI of the Securitisation Transaction or SPV
  • The legal name of the Data Owner
  • The LEI of the Data Owner
  • The legal name of the Data Provider (if different to that of the Data Owner)
  • The LEI of the Data Provider (if different to that of the Data Owner)
  • The first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number of the Billing Contact at the Data Owner to whom invoices should be sent
  • The first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number of the User Authoriser
  • An initial list (if any) of System Users including: The first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.

Receiving Data from SecRep BV

In order to receive Data we need:

  • A contract signed by the Data Receiving Entity’s Head of Compliance (or an Executive Director)

In order to complete the contract, SecRep BV will need the following information:

  • The legal name of the Data Receiving Entity requiring access to the Data
  • The LEI of the Data Receiving Entity requiring access to the Data
  • Which of the categories under Article 17.1 of the Securitisation Regulation (a to j) the Data Receiving Entity meets entitling it to receive the Data. N.B. category j is for regulated entities only and proof may be required
  • The first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number of the contact at the Data Receiving Entity who will be the initial User Authoriser
