Pricing

SecRep B.V. applies a transparent, consistent, and non‑discriminatory pricing structure for the provision of its securitisation repository services. All applicable fees are publicly disclosed and applied in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Fees

SecRep charges the following fees (all amounts are subject to applicable VAT):

Set‑up Fee

A fixed, one‑off, non‑refundable fee per securitisation issue for setting up and archiving the issue on the repository. The fee is payable in advance prior to the issue going live. From April 2026, 50% of the Set‑up Fee applies to all new issues.

Reporting Fee

An annual fee per issue, payable while the issue is live. For the initial period from the go‑live date to the end of the first calendar year, the fee is charged on a pro‑rata basis. Thereafter, the fee is payable annually in advance.

Transfer Fee

A fee per issue to facilitate the orderly transfer of information to or from another securitisation repository.

Hourly Fee

An hourly charge for services not covered by the Set‑up, Reporting, or Transfer Fees.

Non‑Live Transaction Pricing

Pricing for securitisation issues that are not "Live". Fee is determined in accordance with prevailing market conditions; no fixed amount specified.

Additional Notes

  • All fees are charged consistently and on a non‑discriminatory basis.
  • VAT and other applicable taxes are applied in accordance with law.
  • Reporting, Transfer, and Hourly Fees may be increased annually in line with the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) for the Euro Area, as published by Eurostat.

Discounts

SecRep may offer discounts from time to time. Any discount schemes are clearly defined, non‑discriminatory, available to all customers, and publicly disclosed on the website.

Annual Fee Adjustments

Certain fees may be adjusted annually in line with changes to the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) for the Euro Area, as published by Eurostat.
